Return Window: You can request a refund within 14 days of receiving the Metal Bed B048 T – Jaybee, provided it is in its original condition with all packaging intact.
Faulty Products: If the product is faulty, a full refund will be issued after inspection. We will also cover the shipping costs for returning faulty items.
Exclusions: Returns are not accepted for assembled items. If you receive a faulty product, contact us immediately for resolution.
Missing Parts/Damages: If any parts are missing or the product arrives damaged, please inform us with pictures for a prompt solution. Damaged or missing parts will be replaced at no cost to you.
Return Conditions: The product must be returned in the same condition as it was received, including original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is deemed faulty.
Assembly: Do not assemble the product if you intend to return it, as faults cannot be assessed in assembled items.
Statutory Cancellation: Applies only to faulty or incorrect items, including both the white and black versions of the Metal Bed B048 T – Jaybee.
