Head Board Height: 50 Inches
Return Window: You can request a refund within 14 days of receiving the product if it’s in its original condition with packaging.
Faulty Products: If an item is faulty, a full refund will be issued after inspection. We will cover the shipping costs for returns of faulty items.
Exclusions: Returns are not accepted for assembled items. For faulty items, contact us immediately for resolution.
Missing Parts/Damages: If any parts are missing or the product is damaged, inform us with pictures for a prompt solution. We will replace damaged items at no cost to you.
Return Conditions: Products must be returned in the same condition as received, including original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is faulty.
Assembly: Do not assemble items if you intend to return them, as we cannot assess faults in assembled products.
Statutory Cancellation: Applies only to faulty or incorrect items, including upholstered furniture.
We provide free doorstep delivery for the Balmain Bed in Queen size. A secure Cash on Delivery (COD) option is also available for your convenience.
The bed will arrive carefully packaged to ensure its safe transit. Please note that delivery does not include in-home setup. However, the Balmain Bed is designed for easy self-assembly, with clear instructions and tools provided.
